1. When was your company established ?

We were established in 1973. We are the pioneer manufacturers of Banquet & Conference Furniture from Malaysia


2. Where are your products made ?

All products are genuinely Made in Malaysia - Port Klang, Selangor


3. Are you a manufacturer or supplier / trader ?

We are Manufacturers. Not suppliers / traders. All furniture shown is Manufactured by us at Dheensay in our factory in Malaysia


4. What are your working hours ?

9 AM - 5 : 30 PM Daily Monday - Saturday. Malaysia is +8 hours GMT local time


5. I would like to visit your showroom / visit on Sunday, is this possible ?

Yes. Please give us a notice 3 days in advance. Our showroom is open daily from 10 AM - 6 PM Monday to Sunday


6. How long will it take for you to respond to our emails ?

Generally within 24 - 48 hours. Saturdays and Sundays may be an exception for special requirements


7. I Would like to receive catalogues from you. Can you send us catalogues ? When will I get them ?

a ) Yes we can. We allow up to 3 catalogues maximum Worldwide

b) Allow up to 7 working days to receive them via courier

c) All catalogues that may be sent are only "Showcase Catalogues". Please refer to point 8


8. Why do you not have any hard copy of catalogues of your e-catalogues ?

We have taken the pledge to conserving the environment by reducing the need of paper. Kindly download these catalogues and print them only if necessary


9. Do you have ISO Standards ?

We are in the midst of being audited. We have been awarded with other Awards for Quality and Best Trade Name amongst other forms of recognition


10. Why should I buy from you ?

Dheensay is a family concern that takes care beyond of other manufacturers standard operational practices of what is deemed acceptable and safe for the same product. We allow room for negotiation and fast deliveries without compromising on the quality delivered of our products unlike many other manufacturers local and in countries. We believe in serving any client anywhere with International Standards at Affordable Prices


11. How will I know your products are genuinely Malaysian ?

You may request for our current orders of customers Raw Materials purchased. For International Orders, we may provide you as well with a Certificate of Origin. Alternatively, you may choose to visit our premise and view us at our Factory where all products are made


12. I Would like to represent you in my country. How do we move forward ?

We are in the midst of expanding Globally. Kindly view our Representation Inquiry section to view our list of countries / Regions


13. How far away is your location from the Airport / City Centre

Approximately 1 hour from either location. A taxi fare may cost approximately 30USD to reach our premise


14. Are you able to produce other types of furniture to my requirement ?

Yes, however we shall require volume to produce special orders. OEM Services are available for you should you have the volume to work with us


15. What is the average lead time for production of your products

300 - 500 chairs within 14 days. 500 - 1000 chairs within 21 - 30 days ***depending on availability of finishes selected. However, we often exceed our datelines. Do check with us on our current production schedule for a more accurate reply
