Delivery times by the year have become shorter and shorter.

With local and International orders, we at Dheensay have invested in manchines that allow customers to be at peace with delivery schedules that are on time if not earlier. CNC Bending Machines, Automatic Cutting Machines, Punch Machines, NC Benders, and 8 Robotic Welding Machines are just some of the machines needed to meet customers pressing datelines.

Our multi storey factory consist of 3 floors for manufacturing with equipment and stock of products that can be readily made at any given notice. Our factory is in an ever changing expansion with the latest being 7,200 square feet of space being developed specifically for the process of Polyurethane Moulded Seat Injection purposes and a second floor expansion for upholstering and tailoring.

Powder Coating is also done in house with a 12,000 square foot facility. This provides for better in house quality control and by keeping datelines within better limits.

Our Manufacturing plant is moving more towards an in house approach to meet better quality, speed and deliveries to our customers.
